Professional Carpet Cleaning FAQ: What You Need to Know

We recommend having your carpets professionally cleaned at least once every 6 to 12 months, depending on foot traffic, pets, and allergies.

We use hot water extraction and Low Moisture Cleaning methods.

We ask that you move small items and breakables before our arrival.

We recommend our customers to remove as many items as possible off the floor before we arrive but we will work around heavy furniture such as sofas, cabinets, beds, entertainment centers, dressers, etc.

Depending on the method used carpets can be dry in a couple of hours or even before we have left the property. You can speed up the drying process by using fans, opening windows, or turning on your HVAC system.

Low Moisture Cleaning is a cleaning method that utilizes minimal amounts of water or liquid solutions to remove dirt, spots, and allergens from surfaces. This technique is commonly used to minimize drying time and reduce the risk of mold or mildew growth.

The duration of the cleaning process will depend on the complexity and size of the job. various factors, including the size of the area, the level of soiling, and the specific cleaning methods required. 

It is helpful but not required. We pre-vacuum as part of our process to ensure the best clean possible.
